The main reasons for the heating of wires after being electrified are as follows:

1. The wire conductor resistance does not meet the requirements, causing the wire to generate heat during operation.

2. Improper selection of wire models can cause the conductor cross-section of the used wires to be too small, resulting in overload during operation. After long-term use, the heating and heat dissipation of the wires are unbalanced, leading to heating.

3. When installing the wires, the arrangement is too dense, the ventilation and heat dissipation effect is not good, or the wires are too close to other heat sources, which affects the normal heat dissipation of the wires and may also cause heating during operation.

4. Poor insulation performance between phases of wires leads to low insulation resistance, which can also cause heating during operation.
