The golden autumn brings coolness and the sweet fragrance of osmanthus, and the annual traditional Chinese festival - Mid-Autumn Festival has arrived. In order to let everyone spend a warm and happy Mid-Autumn Festival together and further promote the charm of Chinese traditional culture, Foshan Yuejiaxin Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. organized a series of celebrations with the theme of Mid-Autumn Festival in September.
The Mid-Autumn Festival originated in ancient times and has gone through the development of various dynasties. It has gradually evolved from royal sacrifices to folk and literati fashion, and finally became a traditional festival celebrated by the whole people. In this joyous festival, the most traditional food is moon cakes. On the day of Mid-Autumn Festival, families sit together, eat moon cakes, and reunite. When September came, Yuejiaxin Company had already ordered traditional food for the festival - moon cakes for employees in advance, and distributed them to employees of the company on September 6. Employees received moon cakes in an orderly manner, and the employees who received moon cakes were smiling.
In addition to the mooncakes distributed to employees every year, Yuejiaxin Company organizes some of its employees to visit the elderly living near the company every Mid-Autumn Festival and send them holiday gifts and blessings.
On the evening of September 13, Yuejiaxin's Mid-Autumn Festival celebration series of activities kicked off in Yuejiaxin Auditorium. There were as many as 13 groups of contestants, with more than 20 contestants. In this competition, the chefs showed their talents and brought out their own specialties. After a while, delicious dishes came out one after another. After tasting the works of each contestant, the judges were unable to make a decision, which once pushed the tense atmosphere of the competition to a climax. In the end, after discussion by the judges, the gold, silver and bronze medals of this chef competition were determined.
